By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the w569 platform available at w569.net (hereinafter referred to as "w569", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("the User", "the Player", "you") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), as well as all policies incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and w569. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the w569 platform and close your account if one has been created.

w569 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility, including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, or other documentation, at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension.

To access real-money features of the w569 platform, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. By registering, you warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete. You further agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.

One account per person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on w569. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same identity or a different one — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses held therein.

Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your w569 login credentials, including your username and password. All financial transactions on w569 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or, where selected, USDT TRC20. w569 supports the following payment methods for Pakistani users: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank, UBL Bank, Allied Bank, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100 across all supported methods.
• Deposits are credited to your w569 account balance upon confirmed receipt of funds. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits typically credit within 10–30 seconds. Bank transfers may take 5–20 minutes.
• w569 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which w569 bears no responsibility.

w569 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, collusion, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a required timeframe.
• Regulatory or legal requirements that necessitate the closure of the account.
• Prolonged account inactivity as defined in Section 3.

Where an account is closed at the player's own request or due to standard inactivity procedures, any verified real-money balance remaining will be returned to the player via their last known withdrawal method, subject to identity verification. Balances held entirely in bonus funds are non-withdrawable and will be voided upon account closure.
